I was there about 10 weeks ago. Excel hotel - loved that city. Heading back as soon as I can.

I used to work pretty close to there, I lived in Tama Plaza and took the den en toshi line to Shibuya. I met my wife at Gas Panic which is on the right heading towards the 109 building (also known to me as Oompa Loompa land).
